West Franklin is one of the largest urban regeneration projects ever undertaken in theAdelaide CBD, occupying a 5,000sqm site that was previously the home of Balfours, an iconic South Australian bakery.

Greaton started early construction on its $300 million West Franklin project, located in Adelaides City West, in July 2016. With exterior design and interior fit-out by local Adelaide architects Brown Falconer, the structure is on track to set a new benchmark in Adelaide city living. Stage One main works completed on Friday 8th February 2019.

31 Wheat Road, Darling Harbour, 2000

The Ribbon has earned its name for the undulating form that rises through two elevated roadways on Sydney's Darling Harbour. Designed by internationally award-winning architect Hassell, this $700m redevelopment in the heart of Darling Harbour will create a spectacular waterfront experience, providing enhanced ground level activation, improved sightlines over the Harbour and pedestrian links across Cockle Bay and through to Daring Quarter.

The Ribbon is a breathtaking new development set to transform Sydney's skyline and form an extraordinary new gateway to the western side of the city's central business district. In mid-2018, The Ribbon was announced that it would be operated by Marriott International as Sydney's first W Hotel.

141 King William St, Adelaide, 5000

The Westin Adelaide is set to open in 2022 as part of a redevelopment of the iconic Adelaide General Post Office (GPO) building.

Located at the corner of King William and Flinders Streets, in the heart of Adelaide Central Business District, The Westin Adelaide will be housed in the Adelaide GPO. The hotel will be housed in a 15-storey tower, with all 285 guestrooms offering sweeping views of the city skyline and Victoria Square.
